Refund and return policy

We want you to love your YouXskin products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below for detailed information on returning your items.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Products must be in their original packaging, unused, and unopened.

  • Items purchased during sales or with discount codes are not eligible for return unless faulty.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened skincare products.

  • Items marked as final sale.

  • Gift cards and promotional items.

3. Return Process

  • Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@youxskin.com.au with your order number, the reason for return, and any relevant photos if the product is faulty.

  • Return Authorisation: Once approved, you will receive a return authorisation number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

  • Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item and it meets the criteria above, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the return of the item and provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
